Loretto Properties was started to give back to a community that has given much to both Lamar Hunt Jr and James Arkell.  They are both passionate about Kansas City and love the opportunity to explain why they are proud to call it home.  Kansas City is known for it’s friendly people and family oriented neighborhoods.  Loretto Properties goal is to help local real estate by purchasing homes and commercial properties in need of repair, repairing those properties, and renting them to people and businesses who also want to see these communities thrive.  We use local contractors, local vendors, and local real estate professionals. Since the company started just under two years ago we have:

•  Infused over 3 million dollars into local real estate
• Helped 20 families (over 60 people) locate into a home they can be proud of and in turn they have helped make those homes productive members of the community again
• Employed over 20 local contractors and vendors
